I was in a car accident last year and ever since I have not been able to catch up on my bills. I was out of work for two months and I have finally got caught up so that I'm only a month behind. I have a three year old daughter that I wonder how I'm going to keep the water on or electricity going. I work very hard but things just won't work out. Please help it would be greatly appreciatied.
